This position will lead initiatives to streamline processes in ACE (Salesforce Commercial Excellence tool), implement best practices, and leverage data-driven insights to maximize the effectiveness of our sales and marketing strategies.As such your missions are divided around two main missions:Salesforce Commercial Excellence tool (performance monitoring, reporting and pipe process optimization)Establish and comply with key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of commercial initiatives (opportunities).Generate regular reports and dashboards to monitor performance, identify trends, and communicate insights to senior leadership.Identify opportunities to streamline commercial processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness (pipe updates).Implement best practices and automation tools to enhance operational excellence across salesand marketing functions.Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.Utilizemarket insights and customer data to refine marketing strategies and tactics.Main SkillsPreferred profileBachelor’s Degree with at least 3 years’ experience in a Marketing position in which you contributed to optimize the commercial operations of your companies.Language: English. French and/or Arabic will be a PLUS.Proficiency with programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Power BI and Sales Force Commercial Excellence modules will be a PLUS.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in a matrix organization. Energetic, well-organized, Self-Initiated and coordination skillGood understanding of processes, creative thinking with ability to think out of the box and generate new ideas.If your application is considered favorably, 3 to 4 interviews will be scheduled with our teams (direct manager, Human ressources manager, department director).
