Job Purpose
The purpose of this job is to coordinate between Motor and General Team: - Policy Issuance - Invoicing - Arranging original documents from insurer - Arranging Courier - Filing and scanning.
Main Duties
Issuing Motor and General Policies Via different Portals.
Invoicing issued policies.
Collection of documents from insurer if needed.
Provide administrative Support to ensure efficient Operation of team
Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Following up with insurance companies on status of the policies.
Communicating to the client on the progress of their policies.
Following up with insurance companies for policy documents, and invoices.
Payment collection from the client.
