A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different at IHG, but you’ll mostly be: Provides day-to-day administrative support, including HR correspondence, processing of invoices, etcCoordinates with employees, raising of LPOProcess payroll for all the employeesReviews and monitor forms completed by new hires and ensure correct postings in the HR database.Track and maintain files of candidates. Ensures that all filing system is organized, maintained and up-to-date.Deals with and prepares routine correspondence for the Director of Human Resources.In charge of entering all order requests on the JANA system.Preparation of no objection letters for employees that are to be released by the hotel.Managing the HR stationary: Collection of requested items from the receiving area and ensuring that they match the departments purchase requests.Fully in charge of the department’s stationary supplies keeping into consideration the cost effect.
