IT Director

The Role
The Director of IT will be responsible for developing and implementing IT strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring robust IT infrastructure, systems, and applications within the specified industries. Ideally someone coming from Industries like Agriculture, Construction, Farming, Aquaculture, Food distribution, or Food retail. Job Responsibilities: • Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals. • Oversee the IT infrastructure, systems, and applications. • Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations. • Lead IT projects and initiatives. • Collaborate with other departments to enhance technology solutions.
Requirements
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT leadership roles. • Background in agriculture, construction, farming, aquaculture, food distribution, or food retail. • Proven experience in managing complex IT environments. • Strong knowledge of industry-specific IT requirements. • Excellent leadership and communication skills. • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in IT / Computer Science KPIs: • System uptime and reliability. • Successful implementation of IT projects. • Security and compliance metrics. • User satisfaction with IT services.
