Actual financial reportReceive customer enquiries. Assist wholesale account customers in selecting required Parts or Accessories in friendly, professional and efficient manner. Advise the customers on benefits of using genuine PartsParts Operations ManagementEnsure that the quotations, sales orders and application of customer discounts or special prices are performed as per the standard operating procedures.PunctualityFollow-up on Parts back-orders so that customers receive timely information on the status of back-ordered Parts and ensure that such parts are delivered to the customer on the promised date.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 – 7 years’ work experience in automotive or equipment spare parts especially Heavy Commercial Vehicles, industrial products & Construction Equipment’sComputer Skills: Microsoft Office products. Ability and knowledge of the parts portion of the Dealership Management System and other computer applications to support operations
