Civil Engineer - Mubarak amp Brothers Investments MBI Civil Engineer - Mubarak amp Brothers Investments MBI The RolePerform a wide range of civil engineering tasks and supervise the construction works carried out by contractors and subcontractors. Work includes reading construction drawings and ensuring work is done according to them. Key Responsibilities: Design and analyse drawings blueprints and data to plan projects. Review the structural drawings specification following construction and government standards at each stage to ensure completeness correctness compliance with the scope of work and agreed requirements. Compute load and grade requirements water flow rates and material stress factors to determine design specifications. Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards. Direct construction operations and maintenance activities at project site. Direct or participate in surveying to lay out installations and establish reference points grades and elevations to guide construction. Estimate quantities and cost of materials equipment or labour to determine project feasibility. Test soils and materials to determine the adequacy and strength of foundations concrete or steel. Development and presentation of engineering design solutions for conceptual outline detailed design and construction stage information. Preparation and / or checking of feasibility studies and detailed design technical reports and other written documents. Conduct site surveys for development of designs and review of construction work. Planning monitoring and reporting of project resources and finances.
