Building on ARN’s commitment to embracing the future and being able to provide access to the best marketing platforms in the region, MPN by Dubai Holding Entertainment is a multimedia sales house, operating premium out-of-home assets, video production, event sponsorship and activations.Job Overview: Here's your chance to step into the role of Senior Executive Pre-Post Contracts at Dubai Holding Entertainment in this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:• Manage the procurement, award, contract preparation and contract administration for CAPEX projects. • Preparation of award recommendations for approval.• Preparation of contracts for execution in conjunction with Group Legal.• Ability to work well as an integral part of the wider project team.• Full understanding of cross -functional interfaces with design, engineering, construction, quality, commercial and contract. • Support the Senior Manager and Projects Team with reports and/or presentations as required.• Assistance in the preparation of contract amendments/ novation agreements etc. for existing contracts in place between the business and third parties as required.About you: The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:• Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Quantity Surveying or equivalent • Minimum 10 years of experience• Project management skill. • Business judgment experience• Deep understanding of contracts contract governance contractual language and the contract lifecycle• Critical thinking and the ability to research understand and understand legal and financial implications Superior reading writing and language skills • Excellent understanding of the business or industry IT services customers and providersAbout the Benefits:In the world of entertainment, Dubai Holding Entertainment is dedicated to nurturing the talents and well-being of our team members.
