Develop and maintain (new) long-term regional strategic Business Development partnerships with companies in all sorts of industries (including Airlines, FMCG, Telecom, Banking, etc.)Build knowledge, on the potential industries and the business to identify major opportunitiesYou ensure that there is a pipeline of new potential strategic partners based on the set-out focus areasUse business analytics expertise to proactively identify and realize opportunities to increase revenueDevelop new partnerships through cold calling, networking, and warm leads with the aim to build long-lasting strategic partnerships.Work together with the partnership director to close commercially viable partnerships that will significantly improve our businessClose commercially viable partnerships for vouchers, tPro and occasionally bankingDeliver on the partnerships
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Regional Business Development / strategic partnership development.Strong experience in sales to major organizations – Experience in marketing, or a related field focusing on developing and closing commercially viable proposals is a plusProven track record in closing major BD dealsProven multi-stakeholder project management skills – Exhibit a strong track record of on-time project delivery for large, cross-functional projects, preferably in mobile platforms or E-commerce domainsStrong analytical mindset, using data to substantiate your business cases and strategic conclusionsHighly resourceful, able to think outside the usual solutions
