Your role includes key responsibilities such as:
Repairing interlock roads and main roads, maintaining sand levels around guest rooms, and other necessary areasPerforming preventive maintenance on guest rooms and updating transcendent systemCollecting daily waste from various areas such as the main building, accommodations, and staff cafeteriasAssisting in energy conservation programsAttending to all safety and fire training, adhering to safety instructions to prevent accidentsDocumenting all work performed and spares usedCarrying out other job assignments as directed
Candidate ProfileExperience: Minimum 3 years of related work experience, including 3 years in hotel engineeringSkills and Knowledge
Ability to read and follow blueprints/schematicsAssembling, installing, testing, and troubleshooting HVAC equipmentUnderstanding of HVAC codes (local and ASHRAE) and safety proceduresKnowledge of maintenance inventory and parts requisitionEffective verbal communication skills with guests and co-workers
Education or Certification: Minimum Technical, Trade, or Vocational Certificate/Diploma or equivalentSpecific Duties:The following are specific responsibilities and contributions critical to the successful performance of the position:
Repairing, maintaining, and altering buildings, retaining walls, brick, or stone edificesMixing mortar, laying bricks/stones/concrete, repairing steps, and moreReading blueprints, estimating masonry jobs, and performing carpentry workInspecting assigned vehicles daily before use
