Job Duration: 12 months extendableJob Description:
The Data Analyst with Power BI plays a crucial role in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that drive informed business decisions.This position involves working with large datasets, analyzing trends, and creating visually appealing and interactive reports using Power BI.The Data Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven solutions and support strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:• Collect, clean, and analyses large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.• Utilize statistical methods to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.• Design and develop interactive and visually appealing reports and dashboards using Power BI.• Create and maintain data models to ensure accuracy and reliability of visualizations.• Implement best practices for data visualization to effectively convey insights to a non-technical audience.• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into Power BI for analysis.• Ensure data quality and consistency by identifying and addressing discrepancies.• Work with IT and other teams to integrate data sources and maintain data pipelines.• Monitor and optimize report performance to ensure timely delivery of insights.• Identify and address bottlenecks or inefficiencies in data processes.• Collaborate with business stakeholders, including executives, to understand their data needs.• Work with cross-functional teams to align data analyses with strategic business objectives.• Communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.• Proven experience as a Data Analyst with a focus on business intelligence and analytics.• Proficiency in Power BI, including creating dashboards, reports, and data models.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Familiarity with SQL for data manipulation and extraction.• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality and accurate results
