Responsibilities:
Support with the establishment of the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters.Maintain effective project governance, processes, and systems to be utilized throughout projectProject planning, including producing the detailed project plan, project execution plan, etc.Lead and facilitate the overall cross-functional project teamRFP for consultants’ appointment. Preparation tender documents, tender process, evaluation.Conduct PreBid meetings for Contractor’s clarifications (if any) followed by collection of Tenders & conducting Tender Opening meetings.Representing the client in front of all concerned authorities in all the procedures and approvals required.Follow up, review, and certify the payments of the consultant and contractor before sending them to the Finance department for payment.

Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.Proven track record of 5+ years in project management within the property development or construction industry, with a focus on off plan residential or commercial projects.Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with relevant certifications (PMP, Prince2) preferred.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and MS Office suite.
