Do you want to play a part in that journey and own technical products used by stakeholders and customers across the world Join us in cosmopolitan Dubai as a Product Owner and make your mark on the aviation world by taking our products to the next levelTechnical Product Managers (TPM) in this role you will be responsible for evangelising a domain of our Group Services roadmap across Group Finance Group Procurement and Supply Chain along with Facilities. Ideally you will have strong experience managing a wide range of Finance products and solutions including ERP systems. Exposure to Group Procurement and Supply Chain along with other Group Services products would be beneficial for this dynamic and diverse domain.In this role you will:Understand assess and decompose prioritised Initiatives into key features holding a medium to longer term view of the Product Roadmap.Lead and collaborate with TPOs peer group TPMs and other IT stakeholder groups towards finalising future PIsCollaborate with architecture engineering and service management teams to ensure the overall backlogs are balanced for a scalable stable and performant technology productDefine methodology for the analysis and response to target metrics and value post PI delivery including recommended improvements and with an overall goal of driving increased use and adoptionBuild peer group TPM community identifying and acting upon opportunities for L&D growth and advancement whilst supporting TPOs in the establishment of their community and identity offering support and suggestions for their growth journeyMaintain the quality and integrity of features within their technical and team boundaries ensuring identification and contribution of risks and dependencies ensuring appropriate team backlogs reflect any impactWorking with TPOs to identify and capture team driven innovation ideas consolidating across their peer group for playback up to stakeholdersWorking in partnership with applicable product vendors ensuring timely feature/product upgrades maximising the efficiency and effectiveness of the product.
