Together with all stakeholders within the bank develop and define product vision for ATM, CDM & ITMs across all geographiesDrive creative disruption and design innovative solutions through tech and data to elevate customer engagementContinuously identify process gaps and ways of improving existing customer journeys to reduce waste and increase customer satisfactionConvert initiatives and business requirements into iterative MVPs with clear timelines and measurable success criteria/KPIsKeep stakeholders informed about delivery dates, various MVP drops, their scope and future roadmap for the productLead agile squads for ATM/CDM/ITM product, make sure that user stories are complete and give full description of the intended change
Requirements:
Minimum of bachelor’s degree preferably in business studies or technologyPrevious working experience in agile team set upIn depth knowledge of Agile process and principlesSix sigma certification (good to have)Minimum 5 years of experience in project management & process re-engineeringExperience in multichannel program management in financial institutionsFamiliar with business usage of core applications & systems like Finacle, BPM , BIDAYAStrategic thinker & a team player with a strong combination of business, IT & interaction design expertiseOutstanding presentation and leadership skills
