Job SummaryWe are seeking a Reliability/Mechanical Engineer to join the producing maintenance division. The organization handles all reliability activities for all rotating equipment.Responsibilities:
Be accountable for the reliability of designated areas rotating equipmentConduct troubleshooting and failure analysis for critical or major equipment issuesCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders for equipment-related mattersReview and update maintenance strategy annually for optimizationCoordinate with workshops to review machinery repair procedures and work scopesAssess and add necessary work for rotating equipment during Turnaround & Inspection (T&I)Identify and implement new technologies for proactive maintenanceReview Engineering Request packages for machinery modifications or upgradesCalculate and update monthly and year-to-date asset Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Issue monthly reliability program reports updating equipment health progressFollow up on the areas Equipment Maintenance Program (EMP) and trendsEstablish a fault analysis database for assets ensuring data completeness and updatesApprove SAP equipment maintenance history records for failed rotating equipmentInvestigate trips on critical equipment to identify root causes and propose solutionsOversee Preventive Maintenance (PM), Predictive Maintenance (PdM), Proactive Maintenance (PaM), and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) programsConduct life cycle cost analysis for bad actors and expensive repairs
Requirements:This role required candidate to permanently relocate at Dhahran Saudi Arabia. Hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum of 5 years experience preferably in the oil, gas, or similar process industry. Extensive experience in rotating equipment and reliability functions. Comprehensive knowledge and practical experience in troubleshooting, investigation, and failure mode analysis. Familiarity with reliability programs. Full knowledge of international standards and practices related to maintenance and reliability. Possess valid internationally recognized professional certifications such as CMRP or any reliability certificate. Rotating Equipment, Reliability.
