1- Subcontracts LeadJob: Full TimeLocation: Sharjah, UAEJob Responsibilities:
Assist in the development of the project execution plan in the area of subcontracts.Contributes to the development of Project Subcontracting Plans, Procedures and Project Bidders List.Consult with engineering and construction management to clarify material and scope of work requirements.Discuss needs with subcontractors, review subcontractor’s alternate suggestions, and make recommendations to project management with respect to cost reductions, better deliveries, and sales terms.
Job Requirements:
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related disciplineRequires a minimum of 5-7 years of relatedprocurement or subcontracts experience.Experience in engineering construction-related subcontracting environment encompassing pre-solicitation, solicitation, evaluating/source selection, award, post-award management and closeout activities.Solid written and oral communication skills.
