Minimum 20 years with a Bachelor’s, 17 years with a Master’s, or 15 years with a PhD in Mechanical Engineering Design or Analysis preferably in an aerospace or military industryExperience in UAE or Middle East is desirable.Excellent knowledge in the broad spectrum of mechanical engineering development and manufacturingStrong knowledge in the application of CAE in the design process advantageousExperience in the design, analysis, and manufacturing of lightweight and composite structures is advantageous.Experience in a leadership or management role with more than 10 reportees is critical.Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, or other related fieldsCertification in mechanical Computer Aided Design (CAD) is advantageous.Certification in Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) is advantageous.Computer Aided Design (CAD)Computer Aided Engineering (CAE)Computer based mathematical tool experience advantageous (Matlab, Python, etc.)Working knowledge of Military and Aerospace specific technical requirements e.g. best practice, legislation and regulation, methodologies, systems, third party providers
