Business Development Manager | Independent Resourcing Consultancy DubaiAs a resourcing consultancy, we specialise in working alongside Financial Services organisations from the UK to the Middle East to support staffing levels and indeed business goals.Maintaining a positive attitude, a desire for continuous learning, and the ability to furnish prospects with fundamental information during phone interactions are key attributes we expect from our Business Development Managers. We provide the necessary support for our BDMs to attain required financial qualifications and progress to becoming Wealth Managers.Business Development Manager | Independent Resourcing Consultancy Dubai | Apply NowResponsibilities:1. Source new prospects through various channels.2. Contact new prospects via telephone to introduce the business and schedule appointments.3. Promptly follow up with all company-provided leads.4. Handle company-provided leads in an effective manner.5. Manage calendars and diaries to arrange meetings at suitable times.6. Cultivate relationships with prospects throughout the sales process.7. Follow up with third parties involved in the sales process, including pension administrators, trustees, and life companies.8. Meet all key performance indicators (KPIs) to surpass company minimum targets.Requirements:1. Solid interest in building or advancing a career in Financial Services.2.
