Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with the organization’s goals and address current and future hiring needs.Sourcing and Candidate Attraction: Utilize various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and direct sourcing, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.Screening and Assessment: Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, including interviews, technical evaluations, and reference checks, to ensure candidates’ skills and qualifications match the job requirements.Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, provide guidance on job descriptions, and set realistic expectations regarding the hiring process.
