Our company, Elephant Properties, is currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Property Consultant. As a Property Consultant, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their property needs and ensuring their satisfaction. If you have a passion for real estate and excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from youKey Responsibilities:Call prospective Landlords/Sellers to understand their requirements and offer our servicesConduct market appraisals at properties to determine accurate property valuesTake high-quality photos and write compelling listings for advertising on major property portalsQualify and liaise with clients to understand their needs and preferencesPrepare market reports to provide up-to-date market updates for clientsMaintain regular contact with clients, providing feedback and addressing their concernsPrepare contracts and necessary documents for property transactionsNegotiate and close deals to ensure successful property transactionsFollow up on all paperwork and documentation as necessaryMaintain accurate records on properties, clients, and ownersConsistently achieve and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for calls, listings, viewings, and dealsPerform any additional duties as assigned or directedWorking Days: Monday to FridayWorking Hours: 9am - 6pmIf you are a motivated individual with a passion for real estate and a drive to succeed, we invite you to apply for the position of Property Consultant at Elephant Properties.
