In this role you will have the opportunity to work closely with one of our esteemed clients. This client is a global leader in the Real Estate industry known for its commitment to quality and innovation. They have chosen Dautom as their trusted partner for their upcoming projects.Role Description:Java backend developer is responsible for curating the structure of serverside information. Backend Engineers primarily write server scripts and APIs to be utilized by front end engineers and UX designers. The day to day consists of optimizing servers for speed and stability implementing security structures generating reusable code libraries and generating data storage solutions.Java backend developer will also be responsible for writing the web services and APIs used by frontend developers and mobile application developers. And he is responsible for serverside web application logic as well as the integration of the frontend part.Key Responsibilities:Backend engineer will support in:Generate reusable code libraries and REST/SOAP apis.Implement ongoing security systemsAttend regular meeting with the frontend team to expose weaknesses and problemsRoutinely inspect server code for speed optimizationConceptualize and implement solutions for data storageConfigure usability of all front side applicationsMaintain a stable server with zero downtimeKeep a backup library before any large changes to serverBe involved and participate in the overall application lifecycleMain focus on coding and debuggingCollaborate with Frontend developersDefine and communicate technical and design requirementsProvide training help and support to other team membersBuild highquality reusable code that can be used in thew futureDevelop functional and sustainable web applications with clean codesTroubleshoot and debug applicationsLearn about new technologiesStay up to date with current best practicesManage cuttingedge technologies to improve applicationsCollaborate with multidisciplinary team of designers developers and system administratorsParticipate in conferences and educational programsFollow new and emerging technologiesQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEMinimum 6 years of work experience as a Java Software Engineer Java Developer or similar backend engineer roleExperience building Java EE Java Spring boot API implementationsStrong understanding about REST SOAP and HTTP standards.Familiarity with ObjectOriented Design (OOD) is a mustGood knowledge of popular Java frameworks like JSF and Spring MVCExperience in other backend technologies like python node js is a huge plusStrong problemsolving skillsGood understanding about the data structures and algorithms is a mustBSc in Computer Science Engineering or relevant fieldBenefits and Perks:Competitive salary and bonus structure.Comprehensive health and wellness benefits.Opportunities for professional development and growth.Flexible work arrangements including remote work options.Employee recognition programs and a collaborative team environment.
