Senior Inventory Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Inventory Controller to join our team in theUnited Arab Emirates. The Senior Inventory Controller will play a pivotal role inoverseeing stock control, inventory management, and optimizing inventory levels withinthe Waterproofing Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Stock Control: Implement efficient stock control procedures to monitor andmaintain inventory levels.Inventory Management: Utilize analytical skills to assess inventory needs anddevelop strategies for inventory optimization.Supply Chain Management: Coordinate closely with internal teams and externalsuppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods.Data Analysis: Utilize analytical tools to analyze inventory data and identifytrends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.Reporting: Generate regular reports on inventory levels, stock movement, andother key performance indicators.Quality Assurance: Ensure that all inventory management processes comply withquality standards and regulatory requirements.Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams toaddress inventory-related challenges and achieve organizational goals.Training and Development: Provide guidance and training to junior staffmembers to enhance their inventory management skills.Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate inventory managementprocesses and implement enhancements to optimize efficiency and accuracy.Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, andregulatory guidelines.
Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of experience in the Waterproofing Industry, with a strongbackground in inventory control and management. Proficiency in Arabic language is mandatory. Possession of a valid driving license and own car, with the ability to manageoperations in both Abu Dhabi and Dubai offices. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborateeffectively with internal and external stakeholders. Proven track record of implementing inventory management best practices anddriving process improvements. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in inventory tracking andreporting.
