Responsibilities:• Drafts, reviews and amends a variety of agreements, including in particular specialist agreements• Identifies potential liabilities and legal risks of proposed transactions and devises creative and practical legal solutions to meet the company’s commercial needs.• Drafts and recommends materials for internal legal training seminars.• Provides required support, advice and guidance on liabilities, legal restrictions and risks of proposed transactions• Recommends legal position on specified business matters.• Drafts a range of commercial and finance related agreements.• Considers and evaluates required changes to standard form agreements and legal processes• Develops legal policies and internal positions to enable business decisions and further operations.• Drafts complaints and responses for litigation matters.• Supports the negotiation of medium to high value agreements and independent negotiation of specialist agreements• Provides advice to enable decision making on complex business critical matters.
