Evaluate growth and success opportunities. To Identify, Select, Incubate and Realize Commercial Value from Technology-Led Innovation for RAKBANK’s Personal, Business, and Wholesale Banking Divisions.Developing and Implementing Innovation Strategies: Create and execute strategies supporting the Bank’s innovation goals. Coordinate with departments, manage budgets, and ensure timely project completion.Leading Innovation Projects: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage resources, and ensure projects align with business goals.Communicating with Stakeholders: Engage with employees, customers, and investors to share information about innovation initiatives. Present ideas, answer questions, and provide updates.Mentoring and Developing Team Members: Foster an innovative culture by mentoring and developing team members. Set goals, evaluate performance, and provide guidance.Innovation Framework and Pipeline Setup: Establish and manage the innovation framework and pipeline, ensuring alignment among internal sponsors and stakeholders.Subject Matter Expertise and Business Case Development: Act as a subject matter expert, develop business cases to secure funding, and manage resources as per business needs.Fostering a Culture of Innovation: Promote and cultivate an innovative culture within the bank.External Engagement: Coordinate with external innovation partners and forums.What You Should HaveBachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
