Our team of experts combines industry knowledge, analytical rigor, and innovative thinking to deliver actionable insights and transformative solutions to our clients.Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced FP&A Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing financial planning and analysis support, focusing on actual analysis, planning coordination and consolidation, budget preparation, opex analysis as well as ad-hoc deck preparations. The candidate should preferably have experience in the FMCG industry with a corporate background in consolidation. The role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual with approximately 10 years of relevant work experience.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct actual analysis to assess financial performance against targets and provide insights to stakeholders.Coordinate and consolidate financial planning activities across various departments or business units.Prepare and consolidate budgets based on inputs from different departments or business units.Analyze operating expenses (Opex) to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.Prepare presentations summarizing financial analysis and recommendations for management or stakeholders.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (CFA, CPA, CMA) is a plus. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis roles, preferably in the FMCG industry. Strong understanding of corporate finance principles and practices, including consolidation. Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting techniques. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
