WB liabilities manage mainly the high value mainly non-borrowing and fairly large relationships of the bank including the GRE and Large Corporates. The key responsibility of the officer is to manage the service requests for the respective clients assigned in the portfolio. The in-bound requests for clients’ needs to be managed end-to-end with proper coordination with the RM’s and other internal stakeholders & departments. The role also encourages to manage few of the outboard requests for cross-sell, and to onboard profitable accounts for the bank.Requirement
Manage all client requests and timely updating to clients and to the relationship banking teamsWork closely with the relationship management team for managing client expectationsEnsure that the assigned accounts are fully compliant and KYC have been done as per guideline.To be well versed with internal systems like BPM, SBS, MISYS and other systems used by WB teamsTo be updated with polices and guidelines of WBTimely updation of KYC and documents of clientsRisk Management obligation is the systematic application of management policies, procedures and practices to the tasks of identifying, analyzing, evaluating, treating and monitoring risk.
