Job Description
Responsibilities:1. Technical & project management responsibility for infrastructural projects related to industrial parks2. Co-ordinate & work closely with relevant consultants in developing a master plan for each of the industrial parks3. Define, propose, and oversee all capital investment projects, and coordinate with Management Accountant in monitoring such projects4. Total responsibility for projects from initial concept through to design, tendering, issuing of contract, and eventual completion5. Establish strong working relationships with all external entities that impact on the development of industrial parks6. Co-ordinate with Business Development personnel to understand the potential client base being attracted to the parks7. Keep in dialogue with Engineering Operations reference investor projects and the impact these may have w.r.t. infrastructural requirements8. A strong necessity to engage in all technical issues related to the successful definition and completion of projects9. Maintain a philosophy to create a park that embraces; ‘a place to work, live, and play’10. Will be required to keep abreast with the various developments within the profession Job Category Engineering

1. Civil engineering degree from a reputable university2. Very effective and practical project management skills3. A very strong working knowledge of CAD packages and project management tools4. A demonstrable working knowledge of the technical challenges related to industrial parks in the Middle East
