TAW-JEEH Supervisor

Lead the identification and development of new business opportunities in the field of Tawjeeh and Tasheel services.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, key decision-makers, and government agencies.Supervise and guide the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies tailored to the Tawjeeh and Tasheel industry.Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns related to Tawjeeh and Tasheel services.Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors within the Tawjeeh and Tasheel sector.Prepare and present sales proposals specifically designed for Tawjeeh and Tasheel services to potential clients.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales campaigns targeted at Tawjeeh and Tasheel clientele.Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales activities specific to Tawjeeh and Tasheel services.Train and mentor team members on the Tawjeeh and Tasheel system and processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within a Tawjeeh and Tasheel center, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.Preferably Arabic.In-depth knowledge and experience with the Tawjeeh and Tasheel system and processes are mandatory.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on understanding and addressing the unique needs of Tawjeeh and Tasheel clients.Strong negotiation and presentation abilities, specifically tailored to the Tawjeeh and Tasheel industry.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, capable of leading a team to success in the Tawjeeh and Tasheel sector.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, fostering a positive and supportive work environment within the Tawjeeh and Tasheel center.
