Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within a Tawjeeh and Tasheel center, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.Preferably Arabic.In-depth knowledge and experience with the Tawjeeh and Tasheel system and processes are mandatory.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on understanding and addressing the unique needs of Tawjeeh and Tasheel clients.Strong negotiation and presentation abilities, specifically tailored to the Tawjeeh and Tasheel industry.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, capable of leading a team to success in the Tawjeeh and Tasheel sector.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, fostering a positive and supportive work environment within the Tawjeeh and Tasheel center.
