We are moving fast from a traditional distributor and retailer for luxury in the Middle East, to a hybrid retailer bringing luxury experiences to the fingertips of customers everywhere.Responsibilities:
Assist in building the marketing plans / calendars for the different brands/markets in close cooperation with the Senior Marketing Manager and the brand’s HeadquartersBuild a plan as per business objectives focusing on Awareness, Acquisition and RetentionBe involved in all aspects of marketing, from social and online media, PR, Influencers collaborations, Events in-store and out of store, customer acquisition and customer retention activitiesHandle all communication with the Headquarters of the global brandsWork closely with the local CRM team and store teamsCarry out local market research, customer surveys, assessing customer demands, and brand positioning, monitor competitors’ activities, and evaluating market campaignsWork very closely with stores/shop managers, buying team, VM team, retail directors, brand managers, supply and demand teamCommunicate and present all required information about marketing plans and activations to internal and external teams
Requirements:
360 marketing experience within luxury retail in the GCC regionUnderstanding of both traditional and online marketingExperience in PR, Media (online and offline)Experience in event planning and executionExperienced in collaborating with other departments such as Supply Chain, Buying, eCom etc.Arabic Speaking and ability to travel to the regions
