Project Lead ProcessTechnology Transformation Project Lead ProcessTechnology Transformation Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Electronics or Computer Science. Relevant work experience of minimum 8 years in the IT industry as Business Analyst, development of software solutions in the financial services or any industry vertical. Additional Master’s Degree/ Certifications in Data Science, Business Analytics, IT Tools and Finance will be preferred. PMP or relevant certifications are a plus. Experience 10+ years’ relevant experience in the IT industry sector with at least 4 years in the banking and financial services sector. Sound understanding of Software Development Life Cycle, Use Cases relevant to the development of software solution for LPM& D. Proven track record and experience of end to end implementation of min. one IT project in Corporate in Commercial banking domain in AGILE methodology. Experienced team lead, highly motivated, flexible and responsive individual with robust previous experience of managing projects, engaging and working with different teams Excellent Communication Skills - Communicates what is relevant and important in a clear and concise manner, shares information/new ideas with others, and demonstrates judgment to escalate as appropriate and convey complex analytics findings to both technical and non-technical stake holders. Knowledge of programming languages ( e.g., Python, SQL) experience with analytics software. Familiarity with loan portfolio management systems and financial modelling. Experienced in translating business requirements in to technical specifications. Experienced in agile project management methodology and ability to thrive in dynamic and fast paced environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing project requirements. Problem Solving - Thinks ahead, anticipates questions, plans for contingencies, finds alternative solutions and identifies clear objectives.
