The ideal candidate is responsible for the coordination and execution of account reconciliations, data entry, finalisation of accounts, day to day reports and Team management functions of various clients.ResponsibilitiesMaintain the general ledger by processing all company invoices, payments, and purchasesReview and verify accuracy of financial and contract paperwork and processesSummarize and prepare financial records and statements for external reportingPrepare month end Reconciliation and Balance Sheet Schedules of AP, AR, BRS, Accruals, Prepayments etcProcessing payments and keep bank records upto dateFollow the instructions given by the line managerAssign the task to the team members reporting to him/her and bring efficiency in routine jobsResponsible for daily, weekly and monthly reports on timely basisMust give attention to detail, understand the commercials of each transaction and analyse the numbersPrepare ad hoc management reportsAny other task assigned by the managementQualificationsAssociate degree or equivalent experience in accounting, preference will be given to qualified accountants (ACCA, CPA, CA)3+ years’ accounting experienceHighly organized with excellent attention to detailMust have good knowledge in Microsoft ExcelCompany Name:Sidra Salman & Co.
