Mixologists | Dubai | Busy Entertainment VenueDate Job Posted: 18-May-2024Location: Dubai Mixologists | Dubai | Entertainment VenueWe are currently seeking experienced and dynamic MIXOLOGISTS | BARTENDERS to join the hospitality team at this super busy Entertainment Venue.As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting exquisite beverages that elevate the overall guest experience. Responsibilities:Create an extensive range of Mocktails and beverages, adhering to established recipes and standards while incorporating your own unique flair.Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests to understand their preferences and recommend personalized drink selections.Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including proper storage and handling of ingredients, glassware, and equipment.Collaborate with the culinary team to develop beverage pairings that complement our culinary offerings and enhance the overall dining experience.Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and ingredients, continually refining your skills and repertoire to deliver innovative and on-trend beverage offerings.Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a safe working environment.Requirements:Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in high-end restaurants, bars, or luxury hospitality establishments.Extensive knowledge of all kinds of beveragesStrong understanding of mixology techniques, flavor profiles, and ingredient combinations, with a passion for creativity and experimentation.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to delivering consistently high-quality beverages.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in a fast-paced and dynamic hospitality environment.Relevant certifications or training in mixology, bartending, or hospitality management are preferred.Start date: AUGUST 2024, interviews to commence in June.Benefits:Basic salary AED 3168Accommodation and transport allowance AED 2112Health insurance coverageAnnual paid leaveAnnual flightsVisa and joining flightTo apply for Mixologists | Dubai | Entertainment Venue, please send your CV in WORD document WITH UP-TO-DATE EMPLOYMENT HISTORY AND A FULL-LENGTH PHOTO INSERTED ON THE CV.We appreciate all applications.
