Overview
Our client is an established Private Equity firm based in the UAE and London, with over 15 years’ operational experience in managing both tangible assets and supporting new-to-market concepts for clients, globally. As innovative thinkers, and fast-growing from an entrepreneurial background, the firm operates across an impressive digital landscape, within the most lucrative markets in the world.
In recent years, the firm has won several industry awards, including Offshore – Multi-Asset Private Equity Firm of the Year and Achieving Women’s Award in the Private Equity Sector. Due to success within the MENA region, and increasing client engagement, the firm are now looking to hire a Full Stack Developer, to manage our internal company system.
Key Responsibilities of the Full Stack Developer:
Edit and update websites, apps, and internal systems.
Troubleshoot and manage bespoke CRM and portals.
Coordinate with an external developer agency to manage tasks, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Write, test, and maintain efficient code following best software development practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA engineers, for successful project delivery.
Maintain, expand, and scale applications, while staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
Lead code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers.
Key Requirements of the Full Stack Developer:
Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of professional experience in web development and cloud technologies.
Proficient in Python, FastAPI, Django, and React or Next.js.
Experience with version control systems (Git) and Agile methodologies.
Strong understanding of code review processes and familiarity with tools like Atlassian JIRA/SourceTree/Confluence.
Ability to work independently, lead complex projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Fluent in English, with a presentable and adaptable demeanour, and a positive, results-driven attitude.
