Build and maintain strong client relationships with property owners and guests, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs.Serve as the main point of contact for property owners and guests during onboarding, maintaining clear and timely communication via email, phone, and in-person meetings.Conduct informative orientations for property owners, effectively explaining the features and advantages of partnering with our platform and addressing any queries or concerns they may have.Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to provide accurate information about property features, local attractions, and unique selling points to potential guests.
