Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management and development teams to align solutions with product capabilities and roadmaps. Strong technical background with expertise in communication platforms, APIs, and integration technologies. Must have a connection with Meta and WhatsApp Business. Maintain close contact and a good rapport with the Meta and WhatsApp team to quickly resolve issues. Proven experience in supporting sales teams and closing deals with technical insights. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to design innovative solutions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with customers and internal teams.
