Installation and Maintenance:Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems, including HVAC units, split units, chillers, and cooling towers.Perform routine preventive maintenance on all AC systems to ensure efficient operation.Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical malfunctions in AC systems.Repairs and Troubleshooting:Identify, repair, or replace defective components in AC systems, such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, motors, and fans.Address emergency breakdowns and service calls promptly to minimize guest inconvenience.Ensure all repairs and maintenance activities comply with manufacturer specifications and safety standards.System Monitoring and Reporting:Monitor and adjust controls to regulate and maintain desired temperature and humidity levels within the hotel.Keep detailed records of maintenance and repair work performed, including parts used and time spent.Report major repair needs and suggest upgrades or replacements to the Chief Engineer.Guest Service and Communication:Respond to guest requests regarding room temperature and AC issues with professionalism and efficiency.Communicate effectively with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruption to hotel operations.
