Entry-Level Merchandiser (Malayalee preferred)
Entry-Level Merchandiser (Malayalee preferred)Position Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Merchandiser. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have a strong understanding of the Malayalee culture. This position is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE and does not require prior experience or provide accommodation.Key Responsibilities:- Assist with product merchandising, including setting up displays and arranging products according to company standards.- Work closely with the sales team to ensure proper placement and promotion of products in retail stores.- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies or shortages to management.- Conduct regular store visits to check on product availability, pricing, and displays.- Collect data and feedback from customers to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.- Collaborate with marketing team on promotional strategies for new products or seasonal campaigns.Qualifications:- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of Malayalee language is preferred.- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow company merchandising guidelines.- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed.- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking for an entry-level position in the merchandising industry.
