Responsibilities:
Coordinate with HR and other relevant departments to ensure smooth onboarding procedures, including paperwork, access to systems, and compliance with company policies.Understand the scope and requirements of tasks assigned to the offshore team, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational goals.Assign tasks to offshore team members based on skillset, availability, and project requirements, utilizing project management tools as necessary.Monitor and track the progress of tasks assigned to offshore staff, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure timely completion.Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to the management.Facilitate communication and collaboration among offshore team members, fostering a positive and cohesive work environment.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations in all aspects of offshore operations.Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in offshore management, recommending improvements and optimizations as necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred)Proven experience in offshore operations management or a similar role, with a strong understanding of offshore staffing models and practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with offshore team members, stakeholders, and senior management.Proficiency in project management tools and software for task assignment, tracking, and reporting.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with remote work practices and technologies, including virtual communication tools, collaboration platforms, and remote access systems.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in managing offshore operations.Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory frameworks governing offshore employment, data privacy, and security.Proactive and results-oriented approach to problem-solving, with a commitment to continuous improvement and excellence in offshore operations management.
