Upon completion of her training at the academy, Michelle moved on to become a stylist at BBLUNT and within 8 years she rose to the role of Style Director at BBLUNT. With a passion to share her expertise and educate others, Michelle naturally evolved into being BBLUNT's National Educational Manager. Her mission is to motivate and inspire young talent and to instill in them the importance of education as well as stimulate their passion and creativity. Being affiliated with BBLUNT has helped her grow as a hairdresser and the academy's continuous focus on education has enhanced her passion and skill for her profession. Michelle has risen up the ranks in her vocation with the simple philosophy of being honest to all clients and keeping quality hairdressing as the prime focus.
