RAKBANK, also known as the National Bank of Ras Al-Khaimah, is a Public Joint Stock Company based in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). It was founded in 1976 and is one of the oldest banks in the UAE. The Bank operates within retail and corporate banking, offering a range of services including retail and business banking, credit cards, loans, investment services and wealth management.
In the recent years, the Bank has achieved significant milestones which includes being named as one of the world's best banks by Forbes ME (2022) and was awarded UAE's SME Bank of the year by the Asian Banking and Finance Awards. The Bank has been successful in achieving the highest profitability and lowest cost of risk since 2015. It has also seen significant growth in its acquiring business, card spending and business loans.

What You Will Be Doing
- Lead a high performing team of specialized engineers and designers to envision, prioritize and build innovative digital products that will shape the industry for a new generation of tech- savvy customers.
- Develop a clear product vision and strategy aligned to the business goals.
- Engage collaboratively with the development team to strategize, execute, and oversee product development sprints. Deconstruct features into actionable tasks, offer explicit requirements and acceptance criteria, and ensure punctual delivery of top-notch software solutions.
- Serve as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and subject matter experts within the banking and finance sector.
- Collect feedback, comprehend pain points, and validate proposed solutions to ensure customer-centric product development.
- Drive innovation in products alongside cross-functional squads and devise inventive strategies to deliver exceptional digital solutions for our customers.
- Formulate and present product visions and proposals to the leadership panel whenever necessary.
- Determine key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize them as a fundamental basis for team concentration and priorities.
- Must be updated on industry trends, market demands, and customer requirements to drive innovation and establish a competitive edge.
What You Should Have
- Business Acumen: Understand the business goals, revenue models, and market dynamics that impact the product's success.
- Agile Methodology: Expert in Agile practices, such as Scrum or Kanban, to manage iterative development and respond to changing requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Seeking feedback, learning from mistakes, and continuously refining the product to enhance its value.
- Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact the success of the product.
- Problem Solving: Address challenges and solve problems that arise during the product development lifecycle.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience, including a minimum of 3 years in digital product development and leadership of a single or multiple Agile squads.
