Invoice Processing:
Receive, review, and process vendor invoices in accordance with established procedures.Verify accuracy of invoices, ensuring appropriate coding and approvals.
Payment Processing:
Prepare and process electronic and manual payments to vendors based on agreed payment terms and schedule.Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate disbursement of payments.
Vendor Management:
Communicate with vendors regarding invoice discrepancies, payment inquiries, and payment status.
