Manage periodic finance deliverables including P &L, cash flow, Account Receivables , CFMP pack and other related reportsUpload of monthly journals, accruals, accounts payable transactions, payments etc.Prepare and review of accrual and deferred income summaryEnsure all supplier PO are raised via SAP Guided Buying and the payments are made on timely manner. Responsible on raising SAP PO, checking and submission of vendor invoice at scanning desk, uploading vendor invoice at B2B, monitoring payment status, maintaining of order tracker and monitoring open Purchase Order
Job Requirements:
Minimum of five (5) years experience in the management of financial systems and budgets, procurement, commercial support, activities financial reporting, financial data analysis, auditing, and providing financial advice.Knowledge of financial and SAP software applications.Master’s degree in Accountancy or equivalent discipline from professional institution.Advanced knowledge and skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
