• Preparing the Commercial & Technical Tenders.
• Preparing Technical & Commercial Submittals for Pre & Post Tender Requests
• Preparation of Variation Orders.
• Prepare Cost Comparison and Cost Analysis
• Cost Control & Contracts.
• Estimation of tender BOQ based on current market rates.
• Responsibility for establishing and implementing all estimating processes required on projects / contracts within Services
• Review, evaluate and checking all tender documents such as drawings, specification and Bill of Quantity.
• Prepares detailed cost estimates for tender bid.
• Review the value engineering analysis
• Reporting to company management about commercial status of the projects.
• Ensure efficient functioning of assigned commercial team
• Liaison with client on commercial and other aspects
• Progress meetings with the clients / consultants
• Budget Projection
• Contractual correspondence with the client
• Variation and change management
• Final Accounts submission & Agreement
• Liaison with Finance Department, Tender team, Plant department
