Responsible for all warehouse functions. Please only apply if you have sufficient experience and skills required as per job description below.Duties & ResponsibilitiesManaging inventory accuracy physically and electronicallyWork closely with external and internal customers for all incoming and outgoing shipments.Maintain and document all customer-supplied property in safe and easily identified wayManage all transactions and coding on web-based data-uploading systems.Record and document all shipment-related details like shipment, customs, deposit charges etcCo-ordinate with freight forwards and local authorities for all shipment-related activities.Co-ordinate with buyers and suppliers for shipment of purchased items.Work closely with planning and production for material and information flow to facilitate production.Managing inventory accuracy physically and electronicallyConduct cycle counts and periodic counts on inventoryManage daily transactions on work orders like closing of work orders, issuing material to work ordersFACILITY SPECIFIC RESPONSIBLITIES :Lead and participate NOV daily management meetingsUpdate management on incoming shipments and issues related.Update management on inventory health and position.Ensure all HSE requirements to facility are met and be a safety leader.QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree/diploma or equivalent - any disciplineEXPERIENCE:Min 3 yrs experience in a similar field.At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in the Middle East.SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:JD Edwards Knowledge and skillsMS office skills.ABOUT USEvery day, the oil and gas industry's best minds put more than 150 years of experience to work to help our customers achieve lasting success.We Power the Industry that Powers the WorldThroughout every region in the world and across every area of drilling and production, our family of companies has provided the technical expertise, advanced equipment, and operational support necessary for success-now and in the future.Global FamilyWe are a global family of thousands of individuals, working as one team to create a lasting impact for ourselves, our customers, and the communities where we live and work.Purposeful InnovationThrough purposeful business innovation, product creation, and service delivery, we are driven to power the industry that powers the world better.Service Above AllThis drives us to anticipate our customers' needs and work with them to deliver the finest products and services on time and on budget.
