We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant who will also provide crucial support in our marketing and sales efforts. This role will work directly with our founder, playing a key part in ensuring smooth operations and contributing to our growth.Position Overview:The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the founder while also assisting in marketing and sales activities. This role requires a versatile individual who can handle a variety of tasks with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for entrepreneurship & start-ups. Key Responsibilities:Executive Support:Work directly with the founder to assist in day-to-day tasks in relation to our portfolio companies.Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.Handle confidential information with discretion.Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.Assist with personal tasks, scheduling and errands as needed.Marketing Support:Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies.Coordinate and manage social media accounts and content.Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.Help create and distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and promotional items.Support the organization and execution of marketing events and trade shows.Sales Support:Assist in managing the sales pipeline and CRM system.Prepare sales reports and presentations for the founder and sales team.Coordinate and schedule sales meetings and follow-ups.Conduct research to identify potential clients and new market opportunities.Provide administrative support for the sales team, including order processing and customer inquiries.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role working at a start-up.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.Experience with CRM systems and marketing tools is a plus.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.High level of professionalism and confidentiality.Desire to delve into the world of start-ups and learn new skillsWhat We Offer:Competitive salary, UAE visa, health insurance.Opportunity to work closely with the company founder and make a significant impact.A collaborative and innovative work environment.Professional development opportunities.Progression into other roles within the company.
