As an Administrator at Eram Talent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of the company in the Saudi Arabian market. Your responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks, organizing files and documents, coordinating schedules and appointments, and providing general support to the team.Administrator | Eram Talent Abu Dhabi | Apply NowProvide comprehensive, effective and efficient Administration support to the Retail team to ensure the smooth running of the day to day operations in storesAssist managers with store reporting, recordkeeping maintenance, claims documentation, program results records, etcMonitor the store communication systems, ensure that communications are appropriately disseminated, and track the activities related to store assignmentsAssist with scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll administration under the guidance of managersOversee employee records and files, includes time & attendance records, employment documentation, etcMaintain the store clean and organizedSet up product displays, restock items, and check out customersProcess purchases and transactionsAssist with returns and exchangesSupport the operations team in collating and analysing stores sales dataTake an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the storePerform other tasks as assigned by management
