Job Description
Position Title:Finance ManagerEmployment Type:Full TimeSalary: depending on experience and qualifications, plus annual ticket, medical insurance for self and family (spouse and 2 children)Job Location:Dubai, UAEAbout the Client:An established construction company in UAEJob Description:
Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy, goals, and objectives aligned with the overall business strategyOversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reportingEnsure compliance with relevant financial regulations, laws, and reporting requirementsEvaluate and recommend funding options, including debt and equity financingLead the annual budgeting process, develop financial forecasts, and monitor budget performance
Qualifications:
Open to Levant nationalsMale, 55 years old and belowBachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA qualification is preferredAt least 15 years’ experience in finance or total; 10 years in construction companies, 5 years managerial level (CFO, Finance Director, Finance Manager, etc.)Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or similar financial leadership role in the construction industryIn-depth knowledge of financial management principles, practices, and regulations with construction companiesProficiency in financial software and advanced knowledge of MS ExcelImmediate joiners will be prioritized
SkillsQualifications:
