You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to support delivery of the operating model and will have the key responsibility of supervising and directing the operations of Shared Services while promoting process standardization within the Bank. This position requires close cooperation with the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider and internal stakeholders to guarantee streamlined and efficient service delivery. The goal is to ensure adherence to best practices, strengthen internal control, and continually improve operational processes.Supporting the implementation of shared services model for the Organization and overseeing the day-to-day operations of shared services departments.Developing and implementing strategies to streamline processes and improve efficiency within shared services.Supporting the implementation of strategic outsourcing plan for the Bank with a detailed cost-benefit analysisManaging a team of employees within shared services, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.Collaborating with other departments to meet organizational goals and objectives.Monitoring key performance indicators and implementing corrective actions as needed.Governance & Controls: Implement right controls for offshoring/outsourcing operating modelsIdentifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within shared servicesDeveloping and maintaining relationships with external vendors and service providers.Overseeing the development of SLAs with all customer groupsImplementing planning, budgeting, and communicates organizational goalsMonitoring overall Shared Service Centre, teams and individuals' performanceDriving Shared Service Centre staffing through involvement with the selection, training, career development and evaluation programsWhat You Should HaveStrong communication skills and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skillsA solid understanding of financial principles to make sound decisionsDrive for change to ensure the successful implementation of new processesCustomer centric orientationAnalytical mindset and data driven decision making to optimize shared services operationsWhat We Are Looking ForBachelor's and Associate Degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance and Business, preferredExperience in setting up and improving a Shared Services Centre or experience in setting up, and managing a business processExperience in project management to ensure that initiatives are effectively planned, executed, and delivered on time and within budgetWhat’s In It For YouPay for performance culture (Competitive and performance-linked compensation)Provision of medical care plan for your family and youDiverse workforce and inclusive cultureCareer development and growth opportunities by designWork with the best minds in the fieldGet opportunities to bring your whole-self to the organization and perform to your bestVP Middle East & Africa - Market Operations
