Intern – Inside Sales Representative: Dubai | NOVDescription:This is an inside sales internship position designed to provide qualified students an opportunity to learn valuable knowledge in a hands-on manner, supporting our sales teams with their sales process. You will be working with the Product Line Sales, Country Managers, and Sales Engineers on a day-to-day basis. This will provide the opportunity for you to learn about new technologies, develop or enhance your skills, and make significant contributions to NOV.Responsibilities
Create Sales Quotes based on customer’s requirementsProcess Sales Orders based on Sales Quotes and customer Purchase OrderLiaise between Engineering and Product Line to set up part numbers for custom-made tools.Coordinate with Supply Chain for manufacturing completion/delivery datesReview and set up new customersAct as liaison between Logistics and customers for order deliveriesCoordinate with customers for order collectionProviding order updates to customerSecure copy of Proof of Delivery to be able to invoice ordersResolve customer order issuesPerform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
A current student enrolled in a technical or non-technical discipline, preferably Engineering (Mechanical/Petroleum), Sales & Business DevelopmentAvailable for a 6 months internship
