Nas House is an exclusive membership only club that will offer a convenient location for guests where they can live, work, and have a community of likeminded people in Dubai.The community consists of 20-30 rooms specially designed and equipped with all the comforts for the guests to enjoy a relaxing and productive stay in a welcoming, friendly and pleasant atmosphere.As the Community Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a vibrant and engaged community. Your primary focus will be on community building, organizing events, and driving sales initiatives. The ideal candidate is a dynamic and creative individual with a passion for community development and a keen understanding of Nas Daily's ethos.What this job involves:
Set up and co-ordinate weekly “social events” / cultural programming that help to create a community and execute “Value-Driving” eventsDistribute all necessary info to members promote the event including creation and posting of weekly events poster / newsletter and individual event posters. Ensure building-specific operational requirements are met for each event (F&B, AV, etc).Provide feedback on programming types and evaluate events based on attendance, satisfaction, and impact .Send contracts + legal documents for all internal member eventsManage the calendar, placing holds + confirmations for all events at Nas HouseSales: Conduct building tours for VIPs or prospective members as needed. Alert appropriate Nas team when a member notifies of any desire to have a Growth related conversation (e.g cross sell into Nas Studios,Nas.io, Nas Travels etc)Secure local benefits with gyms, hotels, restaurants, water parks etcBuild relationships with local vendorsMember feedback report (Medallia), follow up in person with all members who’ve submitted a bad ratingSupport front desk coverage schedule as needed, ensuring there is consistent coverage during business hours.Curate new member on-boarding materials such as welcome member notes, FAQ guides, etcConduct move out interviews to understand the departing members’ overall experience.

Proven experience in social media management, or community management, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor content for different audiences and platforms.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and project management abilities.Familiarity with social media platforms and community engagement tools.Passion for building and nurturing communities.Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for community engagement.
