Plan and manage the Data Intelligence program for Dolphin Energy in coordination with Business stakeholdersand under the leadership of Sr. Manager of Technology Solutions to support effective management decisionsmaking and for process optimization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1)Establish strong functional relationships and maintainregular communications with all Business, Operations and Support Units to ensure proactive capturingof business intelligence requirements.

2) Conceptualize, and lead the design and management of acentralized Business Intelligence Center of expertise for Company’s Energy, equipped with functional expertswith the capability to provide SLA driven support for all the functions to facilitate businessoperations.

3) Together with the business leaders, manage the seamlessintegration and automation of data management processes associated with strategy formulation,business planning, budgeting, business operations, corporate performance management and reportingto support effective change management and the achievement of business objectives in accord withthe defined quality standards and profitability targets.

4) Conduct the definition, creation, and establishment of abusiness intelligence awareness program within Company’s Energy in coordination with the relevant businessstakeholders.

5) Act as the key point of contact and provide an advisoryrole in relation to data management, data modeling and manipulation, as well as analytics and business analysisstandards within the organization.

6) Liaise and manage the relationship with externalpartners, suppliers, technology vendors, and/or solution providers in relation to business intelligence technologiesand solutions.

7) Lead the definition, investigation, and/or evaluation ofsolutions and/or technologies in relation to the business intelligence program by coordinating and managingthe relevant activities.

8) Provide directions and define standards for documentationof BI-related topics to be integrated within the existing standards for documentation within Company’s EnergyIT. Assist in the definition of service quality standards and procedures to be implemented in support to anyBI-related solution being adopted.

9) Assist in the definition of roles and responsibilities atall levels within the Company’s Energy in support to the BI program and the adoption of its capabilities within theentire organization.

10) Be responsible for the definition of architecturalstandards in support to the overall BI architecture.

11) Develop and continuously update BI architecture andstandards aligned with the corporate IT policies, in liaison with the IT Architecture department.

12) Maintain intelligence for key decision makers regardingindustry trends technology trends, organization trends, marketing trends and business benchmarks.

13) Manage Company’s Energy’s KPI library and data warehouseensuring optimum data integrity, contents, internal and external data inflow to support effectivebusiness operations.

14) Review and recommend the latest business intelligence toolsand techniques to provide faster and more in (1) depth understandingof business drivers.

15) Identify opportunities and requirements forimplementation of relevant strategies, policies, procedures and cost-effective solutions to meet business intelligence anddata management requirements and improve availability, performance, reliability and security ofbusiness solutions.

16) Lead the development of related business intelligencedashboards, reporting and analysis as required.

17) Lead the development and implementation of related dataquality management practices.

18) Develop end user readiness program related to businessintelligence.

19) Present information using data visualization techniques.

20) Build predictive models and machine-learning algorithmsas required to meet business data requirements.

21) Ensure alignment with Company information security,business continuity requirements and Company IT policies, processes, procedures, and IT project managementmethodology.

22) Perform other similar or related duties as required orassigned by senior management

Requirements

Educational Requirements / Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.

Experience:

6-8 years relevant experience in BI Application/Data Mining Management, preferably in the oil andgas/energy sector, including at least 4 years in positions of progressively increasing managerialresponsibilities.
